At an international space camp many years ago, two boys, Wu Wei and Ying Zi Qi, aspired to be successful astronauts. Later, the second phase of the planned project failed twice in a row, and the Chief Engineer Qin of the control center issued a military order to face more complicated follow-up lunar detection and control work. He gathered five talents from different fields, Wu Wei , Ying Zi Qi, Bai Yan, Miao Xinxian, and Yang Rui to formed a youth commando team of the control center, 'the Shepherd Team' , hoping to create Chinese characteristics for the third phase of Haoyue project.
